This Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased from KidsColorsBook. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions and does not limit your mandatory consumer rights.
1. Digital products
KidsColorsBook sells downloadable PDF colouring books and printable activities. No physical product will be shipped.
2. Cancellation before downloading
You may have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, provided downloading or accessing the digital product has not begun.
If you request immediate access to the digital product and expressly acknowledge that beginning the download will end your cancellation right, that right ends when access or downloading begins.
3. Change-of-mind refunds
Once a download or immediate digital access has begun with the required consent and acknowledgement, we do not normally provide refunds simply because you changed your mind, purchased the wrong product or no longer need it.
4. Faulty or incorrect products
Please contact us if:
- The downloaded file is corrupted or incomplete.
- The download link does not work.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is materially different from its description.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
We will first try to provide a working replacement file or correct access. If we cannot resolve the problem within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund, including a full refund where required by law.
5. Requesting assistance or a refund
Email contact@kidscolorsbook.com and include:
- Your order number.
- The email address used for the purchase.
- The product name.
- A description of the problem.
- A screenshot of any error, where possible.
Please contact us promptly after discovering a problem. This does not reduce any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
6. Approved refunds
Approved refunds will be issued without undue delay and normally no later than 14 days after we confirm your entitlement. Refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method unless another method is agreed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
7. Licence and misuse
Purchases are licensed for the uses stated on the applicable product page. Files must not be resold, redistributed, publicly shared or used commercially unless the product licence expressly permits it.
We may refuse requests based on unauthorised sharing, resale or misuse, but nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
