These Terms and Conditions govern your use of KidsColorsBook and your purchase of digital products from our website. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About KidsColorsBook
KidsColorsBook is a trading name operated by kidscolorsbook, an independent digital-products business operating from United Kingdom.

2. Our digital products
KidsColorsBook sells downloadable digital products, including printable colouring books, activity pages and educational resources.
All products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped. Product pages describe the file format, number of pages, recommended age and intended print size.
3. Eligibility to purchase
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and legal authority of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact and email information during checkout.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless another currency is shown. The final amount payable will be displayed before you confirm your order.
Payment must be completed through one of the payment methods available at checkout. We do not directly store complete payment-card details.
We may correct pricing or product-information errors before accepting an order. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and offer an appropriate resolution.
5. Order acceptance
Your order is accepted when payment has been successfully authorised and we send an order-confirmation email.
We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised payment, misuse, a technical error or a breach of these terms. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded where appropriate.
6. Digital delivery
After successful payment, the download will normally be available on the order-confirmation page, in your confirmation email or through your customer account.
Unless otherwise stated, each purchased file may be downloaded up to five times. You are responsible for saving a secure personal copy of the file.
If you do not receive your download, check your spam folder and verify the email address used at checkout. If the problem continues, contact us with your order number.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Our products are digital content supplied immediately after payment.
Where required by applicable consumer law, before receiving immediate access you will be asked to expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right may be lost once supply begins.
A change-of-mind refund will not normally be available after the digital file has been supplied or downloaded, where the legally required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.
This does not affect your statutory rights. Contact us if:
- the file is faulty, corrupted or cannot be opened using the stated compatible software;
- the product is materially different from its description;
- you received the wrong file;
- you were charged more than once for the same order; or
- we are unable to provide access to the purchased product.
We may first provide a replacement file, restore access or help resolve the technical issue. Where the problem cannot be corrected within a reasonable time, an appropriate price reduction or refund may be provided as required by law.
Refund requests should be sent to contact@kidscolorsbook.com with the order number, email used at checkout and a description of the problem.
8. Licence
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, print and use the product for personal and classroom use.
You may print multiple copies for your own household or for students you personally teach. Purchasing a file does not transfer its copyright or ownership to you.
9. Prohibited uses
You must not:
- resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute a product;
- share the digital file with other people, teachers, organisations or online groups;
- upload the file to websites, cloud-sharing folders, social platforms or marketplaces;
- remove watermarks, copyright notices or brand identifiers;
- claim the artwork or product as your own;
- use the product to create another product for resale; or
- use automated systems to scrape, copy or reproduce our content.
Schools or organisations requiring broader usage rights should contact us before purchasing.
10. Intellectual property
The website, branding, illustrations, product designs, previews, text and downloadable files are owned by or licensed to KidsColorsBook and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No rights are granted except for the limited usage licence expressly stated in these terms.
11. Product compatibility and printing
You are responsible for ensuring that your device can download and open the stated file format. Most products require software capable of opening PDF files and access to a suitable printer if physical copies are desired.
Printed colours, margins and dimensions may vary depending on the printer, paper, software and print settings used.
12. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and download links. You must notify us if you believe your account or purchased files have been accessed without permission.
We may temporarily restrict access where necessary to protect the website, customers or digital files from misuse or security threats.
13. Website availability
We aim to keep the website and download service available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting issues, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
Where a customer has completed a valid purchase, we will take reasonable steps to restore access or provide the purchased file through another suitable method.
14. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or any mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, KidsColorsBook is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, business losses, loss caused by incompatible software or devices, or loss resulting from unauthorised sharing or misuse of a digital product.

16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, products, business operations or legal requirements. The terms applicable to an order are normally those published when the order was placed.

Subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence, these terms are governed by the laws applicable to the place where the business operator is established.
Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
